Ubisoft Has Announced the Crew Motorfest for Release This Year

HAWAII SERVES AS THE LOCATION FOR THE OPEN-WORLD RACING SERIES’ THIRD ENTRY.

The Crew Motorfest will be available in 2023.

The game, which was developed by Lyon, France-based Ubisoft Ivory Tower, will be accessible via the Ubisoft Store and Epic Games Store for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC.

According to Ubisoft, “Motorfest will allow vehicle enthusiasts to cross off their ultimate action driving bucket list through a series of tailor-made races, themed events, and other special challenges.”

The third installment of the open-world racing series takes place on the Hawaiian island of O’ahu.

“This is the perfect playground for players to have fun together in with their vehicles: racing through the city streets of Honolulu, going down the ashy volcano slopes, adventuring deep in the lush rainforest, drifting along the curvy mountain roads, or just chilling on the sunny beach. On their own or with their crew, they will be able to explore the entire island behind the wheel of hundreds of the most legendary vehicles.”

Fans of the Test Drive Unlimited video games, which were also set in Hawaii and on which several Ivory Tower staffers who worked on The Crew collaborated, may be familiar with this.

February 1st, Ubisoft will start the first of several closed tests for the game on PC before opening up testing on consoles later. The opportunity to take part in the closed testing is available to players who register here.

The Crew, the first book in the series, was published in 2014, and The Crew 2, the second, was published in 2018.

Since its debut, the franchise, according to Ubisoft, has drawn more than 30 million gamers.
