Dead Space 2, which was released in 2011, is currently available on Valve’s PC marketplace for $19.99.
The Dead Space reboot, which was previewed in 2021, was remade using Motive, a Star Wars Squadrons studio, and EA’s Frostbite engine.
Roman Campos-Oriola, the game’s creative director, and Eric Baptizat, the former director of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, are in charge of it.
It will have a variety of features that first debuted in the game’s successors, such as enhanced zero-g and voice acting for protagonist Isaac Clarke.
Regarding whether Motive may also remake Dead Space 2, Campos-Oriola declined to comment.
Additionally, Motive is developing an Iron Man video game with Marvel. Executive producer Olivier Proulx, who formerly worked at Eidos Montreal on Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, is in charge of the game’s production team.
