PlayStation is reportedly offering refunds to players who experienced technical difficulties with “Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.”
Numerous users have reported successful refunds after reaching out to PlayStation’s customer service about significant bugs and stability problems affecting their gameplay.
This decision comes more than a month after the game’s release, with players citing issues that hindered their enjoyment of Rocksteady Studios’ latest creation.
Despite its connection to the Batman: Arkham series, “Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League” fell short of sales expectations, as disclosed by Warner Bros. Discovery.
The refund process seems to be handled on a case-by-case basis, with players providing details of their issues to customer service.
PlayStation acknowledged the unplayable state for some users, canceling their purchase and reimbursing the game’s cost to their account balance.
This move follows the acknowledgment by Warner Bros. Discovery that the game’s sales did not meet expectations, and the company is working to resolve technical problems before the upcoming Season 1 Update, which introduces the Joker as a playable character.
