Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Delayed to 2023

Deadshot will have to take his shot on the Justice League next year it seems

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League was first revealed back in 2020 at DC’s FanDome event. It was first slated for release in 2021, but due to the global pandemic, release dates shifted and the game was sent to drop in 2022. Now a recent announcement from Sefton Hill, Creative director and co-founder of Rocksteady, the makers of the game says that they will be delaying the game to Spring of 2023.

This news is sure to disappoint fans of Rocksteady’s “Arkhamverse” game series which last saw the likes of Batman Arkham Knight release all the way back in 2015. The reason for this delay is unknown, however since this game is a departure from their previous efforts one could assume they need more time to work out the gameplay mechanics. This game will support co-op up to four friends, and allow you to play as Harley Quinn, King Shark, Captain Boomerang, and Deadshot to take on a seemingly Brainiac possessed Justice League.

We look forward to more details, as so far we’ve gotten a great story trailer that sets the stage for a rumpus joy ride of a game that will see its release on PC, PS5, and XBOX Series X|S
